Returns & Exchanges Policy

  • Exchange requests may be submitted within 15 days from purchase or delivery, subject to inspection and the store policy.
  • Products must be unused, sealed, and in original undamaged packaging unless defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Opened cosmetics and personal-care products may not be eligible for return or exchange for hygiene and safety reasons, except where consumer rights apply.
  • Refunds are processed after inspection and approval. Delivery fees are not normally refundable unless the store made an error or the product was defective.
